On June 25 Michael Jackson will be remembered
in one of the most important churches in Rome.

Michael's Dangerous girls group are happy to announce that, after being in contact for a long time with the Vicarage and Diocese of Rome (who we are heartily thankful to), we have been granted such an important location for our event.

On June 25 Michael Jackson will be remembered in one of the most important churches in Rome, “Santa Maria in Montesanto”, known as the “Church of the Artists” because for over 50 years every Sunday a Holy Mass is celebrated in the presence of famous people in the entertainment industry, culture and art. In that same church, located in one of the most beautiful squares in the world – Piazza del Popolo, funerals of people connected to the world of art, film and music are often celebrated.

In this church, at 7:30 p.m., to honor Michael Jackson four years after his passing, a Mass will be celebrated by Father Walter Insero, who we’d like to thank for understanding our desire to help others and the real meaning that’s the core of every initiative of ours.

After the ceremony, the group "All Over Gospel Choir" will perform a few Michael Jackson’s songs as well as some classic gospel repertoire.

MICHAEL'S DANGEROUS GIRLS IN COLLABORATION WITH
CARLA DE FELICI OF MICHAEL JACKSON ITALIAN FOUNDATION

The cultural and artistic impact of Michael Jackson in his singing production involves social problems about the disadvantaged, the neglect, the abused people and those living in abandon.

The art of Michael Jackson aims to help people reflecting about the problems that destroy our planet and break up our society day after day. His music is meant to give love to those who don’t have love and his entire life has been a continuous offering: Michael Jackson devoted himself, his time and his money to the children and the most vulnerable people.

His mission was "TO BE THE VOICE OF THE VOICELESS"

All in the name of love, that unconditional love that should be the basis of all human relationships, but that too often people forget to give each other.

On June 25, 2009, an extraordinary human being left us, but his voice didn’t follow the same fate ... rather it spread throughout the world, instilling love in the hearts of many people. Since then, that voice echoed everywhere, rejuvenated by those who have been able to grasp his message, and his legacy lives on as an example of consistency, genius, magic and art.

But the most important legacy of Michael Jackson is the neighborly love and the ability to make a change, to "make the world a better place" starting with the man in the mirror.

Surrounded by envy, Michael became the target of slander, yet he consistently put anyone else before himself, creating an immortal music that will continue to sing his love forever.

On June 25, 2013, at 19.30 will be celebrated by the Rector of Don Walter Insero in the Basilica of Santa Maria in Montesanto, known to all as the church of the artists in Piazza del Popolo, a mass suffrage in honor of Michael Jackson.

At the end of the liturgy the group "All Over Gospel Choir" will perform a few Michael Jackson's songs alternated with the traditional gospel repertoire

All the participants who can’t be present at the event will receive by e-mail a souvenir personalized with their own names. Please note that the souvenir is still in the making, so it may not be sent contextually to the donation.

Judith Hill, Michael Jackson’s Duet Partner for 'This Is It' is ' Voice’ Favorite

I'm so excited for Judith Hill. Seems she has  learned a thing or two about perfect timing from Michael Jackson. I always admired her for not capitalizing or  exploiting his passing. Now its time for her to shine.  I had to giggle over the judges fighting over her but I guess we will have to wait till next week to see who she chooses. ~ Qbee

This Is It Michael Jackson’s Former Duet Partner Already A ‘Voice’ Frontrunner
By Lyndsey Parker

The Voice" has had a long history of alums with serious showbiz experience--Season 1 winner Javier Colon was once signed to Capitol Records and fronted the Derek Trucks Band; Season 2 winner Jermaine Paul was Alicia Keys's backup singer; and reigning champion Cassadee Pope used to sing for the Pete Wentz-championed Decaydence/Columbia Records emo-pop band Hey Monday. But one Blind Auditioner for "The Voice" Season 4, which premieres in less than a week, just may have the most impressive résumé yet. And she just may be the next "Voice" winner.

That contestant's name is Judith Hill, and if she looks and sounds familiar, there's good reason for that. The 28-year-old diva was hired to be Michael Jackson's "I Just Can't Stop Loving You" duet partner for his This Is It tour in 2009, and after that tour was cancelled due to his tragic death, she performed "Heal The World" at his memorial, which was viewed by more than a billion people around the globe and by 31 million people in the U.S. alone. It's quite possible that you were one of those billion viewers, and that Judith made an immense impression on you with her immense talent.

Judith tells "Voice" producers that her "phone went crazy" with offers from record labels after her Michael memorial performance at Los Angeles's Staples Center, but that she thought the timing was wrong and it would be in poor taste to capitalize on his passing. (She did release an MJ tribute, "I Will Always Be Missing You," but it was only available as a free download from her website and then later as a charity single on iTunes, with all proceeds going to Childhelp U.S.) Now, however, Judith believes it's finally her time to shine…and that time will come on Monday, March 25, when her audition airs during "The Voice" Season 4's big premiere.

Obviously there will be many other Blind Auditions that follow Judith's, and if Season 4's talent level is anywhere near the level of Season 3 (arguably the best "Voice" season yet), she will face some stiff competition. But she already looks like the one to beat this year. In a new Season 4 preview clip, her cover of on-hiatus judge Christina Aguilera's "What A Girl Wants" inspires all four judges (including newbies Usher and Shakira) to spin their chairs, and then those judges get out of their chairs in a unison standing ovation. The ultra-competitive Adam Levine even stands on topof his chair in an attempt to persuade Judith to join his team. "You're the first person who's come on this show and done a Christina Aguilera song as well as Christina Aguilera," Adam tells Judith. And if Xtina was still on the panel this season, she might even agree.

You'll have to wait until next Monday to see which coach Judith chooses (whichever one it is, that coach will have a very strong advantage this season), but in the meantime, check out Judith's amazing Michael Jackson memorial performance from July 7, 2009:

Summary: Judge's final order Jackson v. AEG Lawsuite

This is a Summary of the judges final order on Katherine Jackson vs AEG Lawsuite and the court documents are included. - There are no conspiracy to commit murder charges just negeligent hiring and supervision of Murray. This is a civil suite..., not a criminal lawsuite the only justice will be monetery. Was it worth it. Not in my opinion. Michael will be the ONE thrown under the bus by the Jacksons to make their claims and by AEG to defend themselves.   I see  no justice in that  ~ Qbee

Summary: Judge's final order Jackson v. AEG Lawsuite

Claims  (Those in bold will go forward in civil trial)

1. Breach of contract - dismissed at Summary Judgment Feb 27 2013
2. Negligent hiring, training, supervision -  the only triable claim
3. Negligent infliction of emotional distress - dismissed at Demurrer Feb 2 2011
4. Fraud and constructive fraud - dismissed at Demurrer Feb 2 2011
5. Respondent superior - dismissed at Summary Judgment Feb 27 2013

Defendants

AEG Inc. - dismissed at Summary Judgment Feb 27 2013
Tim Leiweke - dismissed at Summary Judgment Feb 27 2013
Ortega - dismissed April 2011
AEG Live
AEG Live Productions
Paul Gongaware
Randy Phillips

Breif Summary  and  court documents below

Claim 1 Breach of Contract - a., b., c.

(a. Special Relationship)

Katherine argue AEG and MJ had a special relationship because AEG controlled all aspects of MJ's life including medical care, advisers, finances and financial future. However Katherine was not able to cite anything to back this up.

Also Katherine was unable to show that AEG had complete control over Michael's medical care as Katherine herself admitted that Michael saw other doctors even one week before his death. So the court rules there's no special relationship between AEG and Murray.

(b. Negligent undertaking)

Katherine claims AEG had two undertakings : undertake Michael's medical care and provide an assistant to Murray.

For the first one judge says Katherine could not provide any case law or prove it.  And as Michael was seeing other doctors,  so judge rules that AEG did not undertake Michael's medical care.

Judge rejects the undertaking for medical assistant as Katherine could not show it was asked for Los Angeles, Katie Jorrie testified the assistant was for London and the contract said Murray would choose the assistant - not AEG.

(c. Simple Negligence)

Katherine claims that AEG created a risk of harm to Michael.

Judge says financial interactions do not create a duty.  Judge also states given Michael's status (greatest entertainer with experience) exerting strong financial pressures is  insufficient to create an undue risk of harm.

Therefore Judge dismisses above Claim 1 Breach of Contract

Claim 2 - Negligent Hiring, Supervision and Training

AEG argues they did not hire Murray and could not foresee the risks Murray posed.
Judge states there are triable issues.

Judge states  that even though the contract was not signed, a jury must decide if Murray and AEG had a oral or implied in fact contract. Communications, Murray's expenses being budgeted and so on is listed as evidence.

Judge makes a note that Michael retaining services of Murray before AEG hired him could be a factor in determining proportional damages and liability.

AEG had argued that Murray was a licensed doctor and was not disciplined and Katherine argued they should have done a more detailed background check.

Judge thinks this is a triable issue given that Gongaware had experience and knowledge about "tour doctors" and Michael's previous tours and "tour doctors".

Judge also thinks whether Murray's debt could have been a reason to foresee if such doctor under strong financial pressure may compromise his oath. This is another triable issue.

Therefore the above claim will go to trial.

Claim  3  Negligent infliction of emotional distress
Judge already dismissed at Demurrer Feb 2 2011

Claim 4  Fraud and constructive fraud
Judge already  dismissed at Demurrer Feb 2 2011

Claim 5 Respondeat Superior

Judge states that AEG's evidence established that Murray was an independent contractor and not an employee and AEG had no control over "means and manner" of Murray's work. Judge cites case law that doctors are considered independent contractors.

Katherine claims that AEG hired Murray in part to ensure that Michael attended rehearsals.

Judge says even this claim might be true, there's no evidence that AEG had any control over how Murray did that.

Judge also mentions secondary factors that AEG Live had nothing to do with medical care, medical work performed by a specialist without supervision, medicines were provided by Murray and the contract and the parties clearly understood that the agreement was for an independent contractor.

Therefore judge states there's no triable issue whether Murray was an employee and determines that Murray was an independent contractor.

As Katherine failed to show any evidence that AEG had any control over how (manner or means) Murray did his job.

Therefore Judge dismisses above Claim 5 - Respondeat Superior

Are Michael Jackson’s Children Being Pushed For Reality TV Show

Please just no ~ Qbee

Michael Jackson’s Children Being Pushed For Reality TV Show

By His Sister La Toya, Claims Report

Michael Jackson’s three children are being pushed for a reality TV show by the King of Pop’s controversial sister, La Toya, according to a new report.

La Toya, 56, has signed Prince, Paris and Blanket to her talent agency, according to the New York Post.

Prince recently made his debut as a correspondent on Entertainment Tonight, and will soon appear on the TV show 90210.

Paris Jackson has signed a movie deal and will get her big-screen acting start shortly.

But a reality TV show featuring the three Jackson children is the big prize La Toya is actively chasing, according to the Post report.

According to the Post:

“The coup de grâce for La Toya, who gets a standard 15 percent commission on each deal, would be a reality TV show deal she’s negotiating. Insiders said bidding has approached $10 million.”

But there’s one big problem: Paris isn’t interested in a reality show, according to sources quoted in the article.

Whether or not La Toya can overcome that obstacle for a lucrative payday is still undecided but Katherine Jackson is unlikely or unable to stop her, the Post claimed.

Katherine was at the center of the family’s public drama in 2012 when reports surfaced that she had been “kidnapped” by Janet and Jermaine Jackson, after they took her on a strange trip to an Arizona spa.

The Post claims that La Toya has quietly ingratiated herself with Michael’s children as that drama, and other family issues played out in public.

According to the Post:

“She pounced while everyone else was making a lot of useless noise. It was her smoke screen, and she got it done,” the insider said.

The OWN network was mentioned in the report as a possible home for the reality show.
